Our intuitive and automated software helps IP professionals create, manage, and analyze their trademarks and patents. Leading law firms and Fortune 100 companies trust our software to handle hundreds of thousands of filings daily.

Job Description

We are a customer-centric company, so that means you will have the opportunity to interact with customers at leading IP law firms and corporate legal departments on a daily basis. As one of the key members of our customer experience team, you'll be tasked with the following:

  • On-boarding and training new customers.

  • Addressing customer concerns and questions over live chat and telephone.

  • Managing and assisting with data migrations from other software to Alt Legal. This typically involves mapping data from a competing data source to Alt Legal's spreadsheet for migration into our software.

  • Proactively reaching out to customers who may be underutilizing our software.

The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following attributes:

  • Patient and able to maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations

  • Able to know what they don’t know

  • Self-starter, team player, and quick learner

  • Able to anticipate potential problems and propose improvements to existing solutions

  • Exceptionally attentive to detail

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask

  • Good sense of humor

  • Proficient in Excel (e.g., you can do VLOOKUPs in your sleep)

Full-time Salary Range: $35,000-$40,000 + Participation in company benefit programs
